arrange to cancel your registered user account or subscription with

1. Scope of Agreement

Total-Abs.com, including,
without limitation, this website and any other website that we may own
or operate currently or in the future (collectively, our
"Website").
2. Your Use of this Website and Our Fee-Based eBook
Unless otherwise specified, we grant you a non-exclusive,
non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display this

that you purchase, for your personal, non-commercial use, provided
that you comply fully with the provisions of this Agreement. You agree

4. Refund Policy

will, at its option, replace or repair any defective product within 60

weeks from the date of purchase.

or this Agreement shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in
Los Angles County in the State of California and you hereby consent and submit to
the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such
action.
